I would like to inform you that on behalf of my client namely Fakir Mohan Tudu S/O Fagu Tudu, Dist Sports Officer, Collectrate, Jajpur, Osisha-755001, filed a Consumer Dispute Case No 03 of 2017 on dated 18 nth January 2017 before Hon’ble District Forum at Jajpur (Odisha), After admitted the aforesaid case on dated.20th January 2017, Notice for show-cause were issued twice till date.But the Notices were returned by the postal with a reason “addressee not found”.
So under the above circumstances and fulfillment of sufficient service of notice legally I, Sent this email along with the Plaint copy to you for apper before the Hon’ble Dist. Forum of Jajpur either Personally or through your Pleader before the next date of hearing on dated 16 nth May 2017., Other wise The Forum will decide the case according to law.
