Dear sir/ma'am,

Please note that i have submitted the documents on 20th oct 2017 for claim purpose but still didn't settle my claim as its almost 5 months been passed.
My intimation no. Is 181016_[protected]. Now i am calling on customer care number and whenever i dial my intimation no. They disconnects my call some times or says its invalid no. Now i am totally frustrated. Kindly help me there.
