Claim intimation number - adn_200317_[protected]
I had registered a claim for damage of my mobile phone-samsund a5. The phone was collected from my resident on22 april but and as per the company policy of 21 days i have not yet received my phone yet. Even after a lot of followup with the company there is no response. I have also paid the fee of rs.1500/-. However, i have not received an update till date on the status of my claim.
