Appsdaily is nothing but a torture. It made me decide never to trust them again. After repeatedly calling their call centre and getting updates about tye damage claim i filled, although the update given on call was different at times but the default message was always the same saying document incomplete.
Call centre representatives were sometimes polite but a lot of others were ruthless, some told me i vl get the claim and i just need to wait, and others were blunt in saying that it won't be done and it's upto me if i want to complain in consumer court. My intimation id. Ad_d_011115_2829479. After almost and year i got to know that i new india insurance company received old statement and appsdaily didn't bother to renew it. I don't really hope any reply also from appsdaily online and i can't call their customer care centre now maybe because they blocked it or maybe my intimation id is too old for them to even consider talking to me.
