[Resolved]  Appsdaily — Complaint about mobile handset

I, Prateek Agarwal, had submitted my phone to the apps daily service center in Siliguri, West Bengal on 24th October, 2016. The problem with my mobile handset iPhone 6S(Rose Gold) was broken screen. I haven't received any update yet. My Intimation Id is: ADN_211016_[protected]. Its been 3 months and I haven't recieved any update yet. Apps daily insurance claims that the phone will be repaired within 21 working days. I've been complaining through calls and mails to the customer care but everytime I call, they tell me to wait for another ten days. I am highly disappointed by the service. I have resister a complaint on 31st/December/2016. There is no response from your side. Now what is status of my phone. INTIMATION ID NO is[protected] I have register the complaint with all documents. I kindly requested to take necessary steps for solving this problem as soon as possible.
