Appsdaily — complaint about not giving my phone back

It has been 175 days (More than 5 months) from the registration day till today.
I had paid the deductible 30% amount of my handset invoice amount as per their policy. The company is not responding now. Not calls are connecting and no replies are been getting from them. Their mira road office is shut down with all its staf[censored]npaid. I want my phone back along with my money which i paid in the claim process.
