I have loge a claim in Aug. 2016, claim id AD_D_230616_[protected], i am regularly checking it stautus, every time a week is extended quoting the following lines " We have verified your documents, your claim settlement is in process as per terms and condition, please check your update after ..."
Almost six months has elapsed, I am forced to seek legal assistance in case it will not settle by next week.
