I Deenamma Thomas have bought my phone, Lenovo k4 note and insured it under the apps daily insurance. I had a water damage in my phone and claimed the insurance which took a lot of time and other complications. The claim was successful and they asked me to pay Rs.1000 and send my phone and some required documents to their office at Mumbai. I did everything they wanted and sent my phone. They assured to return any sorts of phone damage or replacement within 15 days. Now its been more than two months since I sent my phone to their office. No updates are informed except that my phone and documents have reached their office. They haven't responded to my mails and they have not provided any means for contacting anyone concerned. I have all the details and proofs for the above mentioned with me.
I sincerely hope this complaint is taken with prior notice and concern. The first four months is expected to be the best performing period of a smartphone and I haven't been able to use my phone ever because of the apps daily insurance. I don't even know where my phone is now. I don't know anything about my phone repair and I also fear the safe return of my phone. Its been very hard for me without this phone and I plead for justice.
