As my claim is confirmed 3 days before and they said that for pickup your damaged handset and documents someone has come with 72 hours but till now noone has come.and i specially request also that please i have problem so provide me faster service but till now noone has come for pickup.this service they are providing to their customers or on their toll free no no one executive is picking up call.i am very dissapointed.till now no one has come for pickup.
