This is in regards to the claim for intimation id ad_d_300716_[protected]. its been more than a month i haven't received the amount of the claim. its annoying to check the update every second day and see the same thing mentioned to check it again. your customer care number is not at all usefull it takes an hour to get connected to your executive who are not at all helpful, they can't commit anything. even one of your executive mr. naveen when asked to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconnected the call. request you to please update me how soon i can get the amont credited in my account. it will be really helpful.

It has been around 1 month and till now i have not received my handset yet. They call me and tell me that your handset is here and there but when i call the centre they tell that they have not received the handset. customer care does not pick call at all so where is my handset??...
