I have submitted my phone imei no-[protected] in patna at apps daily solution pvt. You have charged 12927 rupees on 11/11/2016. (Transaction details) imps-out/[protected]/icic0001022/[protected].
You gave me intimation id_041116_[protected]. You promised that you will give me my new phone within 7 working days.
I waited for your response for 10 day, then i visited your store but your store was closed permanently. I have tried to reach you but your customer care no is unavailable/switched off.
Now i have complained about all this in consumer court.
My complain no is-389911.
And i request you to contact me and provide me with your solution personally else ready to give solution at court.
