My mobile phone got theft and after all the process done, i didnt get any answer to my claim status and i have paid rs. 5697 for the dues and what is the status how are we suppose to work without mobile phone please work as fast as possible .

Updated by pratiktshah My phone was stolen and the process of fir invoice and all the other documents were sent to the address and now when i am contacting the contact number provided in the email they don't pick up the phone they don't reply to any call the executives don't answer any calls .
All the procedure is done that is :
1) All documents are submitted, date :22nd feb, 2017.
2) Payment is done of Rs. 5697, date :28th feb, 2017.
All the procedure is done i am waiting my phone when will i get that ?
