Dear sir/madam, My name is Rahul Waghmare i claim for mobile insurance.My claim intimation number is AD_D_141015_2799861.i submitted all related document & accessories at 27th November 2015 in your adheri office .I complete all procedure and formalities .still yet i will not received my claim money kindly check status & inform me.
