Dear claim department,
It has been almost three months when claim & mobile was given, but today understand from our customer connect point that mobile has been returned without any repair.
We have made almost 50-60 follows with our customer connect point and all promised failed,
This is complete failure of your obligations / commitments / and amounting to harassment to customer. While making insurance you charged handsome amount, then while making claim you charged another inr 1000/- result - total disappointment & failure in promise.
It is apparently seems to be unfair business practices.
Kindly resolve this by 07 aug 2017, otherwise we will consider this as cheating to consumer and will consumer case against you.
