Sir, i have taken an insurance for my samsung Mobile. my mobile was stolen i registered a claim regarding that and paid around 2100 rupees to the apps daily. my documents were recieved at thier end on 02/11/2016 with my intimation i.d. ATN_220916_[protected].
now there is no customer care call. when i call them there is no option available to talk to representative. i am in deep tenstion because of them.
