This mail is in regard with the claim intimation number - atn30_231116_[protected] dated 22/11/2016. With respect to the above claim, i would like to inform you that i have registered the claim and the same has been accepted and approved at the customer connect point on 1st december, 2016. More than 4 months have been passed, but still i have not received a new phone from appsdaily. I am being told that the company does not has any phone. Does that mean that if the company stops manufacturing the phone or if the company closes, than i do not get any phone...?? I have already paid insurance of rs. 1, 750/- as well as rs. 5, 000/- (25.0% of your phone invoice value) towards a deductible as per the terms of the protection plan. Also, their customer care number has been changed and now when i call on customer care number[protected], the automatic answering machine replies that the documents has been received and that i will be informed about the status of the phone. But nobody picks up the call when i call the customer care number, neither do they reply to the e-mails sent. Also, the customer connect point where i have submitted all the documents required as well as the deductible amount say that they are not liable to answer any of our queries and that i have to contact on the customer care number directly. I am not getting proper response as well as my phone from the appsdaily company. Please help me in resolving the complaint as soon as possible.
