Claim id[protected]. Had originally filed insurance claim on their website as advised by phone seller Fone City. Had followed insurance company instructions and sent device for repair in April. Got the device back stating 'unavailability of stock'. Opted to service it myself and claim reimbursement later as guided by insurance company. Had sent the service centre invoice along with cancelled cheque scan copy for reimbursement on 20th May, 17. Its been 12 days and neither an acknowledgement nor the reimbursement till June 2nd.
