Appsdaily — Mobile phone-Oppo F1s

I had registered a claim for damage of my mobile Phone-Oppo F1s. The phone was collected from my resident on 16th March but and as per the company policy of 21 days I have not yet received my phone yet. Even after a lot of followup with the company there is no response and I am getting a continuous reply that It has reached the service centre. I hope I get my phone at the earliest. I want my phone back even if it is not repaired. My CIN is ADN_160217_[protected].

I HOPE THAT I DONT HAVE TO TAKE ANY STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY
