Sir/madam i am pushkar and i am live in delhi i am purchase htc one me rose gold with apps security in 16/10/2015 but unfortunately my ph damage 24/05/2016, i am submit my phone in your kalkaji office on 25/05/2016 intimation id is : ad_d_240516_[protected], sir/madam my complain is my clam amount is around ₹18000/- something is not received till date, i am submitted all documents bt when i am call yours customer care my call automatically disconnected what i do can i go against you at consumer court?? Please solve my problem
