Dear Sir/Madam,

Please see the my AD_D_220616_[protected] i have submitted my mobile in your Borivali West Branch on 29th June now almost 2 month over but till date i have not received my headset please help me to get the headset back.

However, the claim has been rejected by New India Insurance company due to i didn't inform early to company but its okay i don't need insurance claim; I only want back my headset that's it.
