I submitted my insurance claim 15 days ago. I was told I shall get an email regarding a link for payment and a wrapping material for the phone will be sent for me. Haven't received anything yet. No communication from the company. Highly disappointed. Worst managed insurance ever. I was supposed to get some communication from them in 2 days. It has been 15 days now. I regrer buying this insurance. I am sure Syska is better

My Samsung A7 mobile which I have given for claiming but not yet received...It's already nearly 9months.the wait is over.if your company is not going to respond for my complaint iam going file suit in my district court.so please claim my mobile value amount or else my mobile with in 2 days.i[censored] fail to claim..I will take u to road with in 2 weeks.
