My complaint id ad_d_130616_[protected]. Last year september we have taken samsung a5 and have got it insured with apps daily, but it is highly disappoint that its 3.5 months and they havent taken any action, even after multiple texts, calls and visits to centre. The first few visits were painful as they have asked for a number of documents every time we went for recovery and visits to centre these days aremuch more irritating just because they jusst say that will dont know about the handset they have processed the complain and they arent answerable to anything. They have offered us a sum of 11000/- for handsetof 23000/- and we agreed upon but yet we haven't received any, they dont pick calls, dont reply neither they are bother. Even after telling them that we will complain it seems that we are asking there money.
