I have lost my apps daily insured phone on 25th feb, 2017. I have submitted all the documents and paid an amount of 8000 for the receipt of new phone. But today, after 3 months too, i have not received my phone. Unable to contact apps daily on their phone number. There is not even a single mail or message regarding my phone. How long is it gonna take? Kindly confirm.

Updated by Priyanka shirsath Still no update from Apps daily. The claim has been validated long back, but no update from them. They have also taken a compensation of 8000 Rs to process the claim. But still no reply. Kindly show some courtesy to reach back to your customers.

This is regarding my s7 edge, i have submitted my insurance claim online on 6h June and haven't received any call, response till date. I am making repeated calls and emails, Call back request but none of my request is being answered. Sent emails but returned undelivered, even the customer care number is switched off.
