I had given my phone to your collection centre more than 2 months back. So far there is no feedback. When i dial your customer support and after a wait of 20 to 25 minutes when i get to speak to your executive, the call is deliberately dropped in absence of any concrete information with them.
Would request you to kindly help me in getting back my phone.
