Appsdaily — Non settlement of claim and no intimation received even after 4 months of time

I bought insurance for my Samsung SM-J200G mobile phone from Apps Daily company. My phone was fallen into water in a family function and I submitted my phone to insurance company at their address i.e. SCO-2405, Ist Floor, Sec-22-C, Chandigarh on[protected] but till date they don't bother to intimate me anything and neither they are giving me any claim. Please do the needful as this company is not trustworthy. I am enclosing the copy of the complaint registered/job sheet of the company for your consideration.
