Appsdaily — Not providing with replaced handset if after approving claim | |||||
I submitted my Iphone5s 16gb with appsdaily, the touch of the handset was damaged and therefore, i went to the company for insurance claim. They approved my claim on 9th April, 2016 and asked me deposit an amount of INR 6556 in their bank account along with INR 500 at there connect centre situated in panipat (haryana), respectively. It's been almost 50 days time, i've still not received the replaced handset as promised by the company nor are they providing me with the clear picture of the status of the handset. The response at the customer care no. is very poor and the person at the connect centre is of no help. All this company is doing is making a fool of the consumers who bought their policy. Its a request please provide me with the replaced handset as soon as possible or else provide me with the bill amount of my phone, i.e., INR 21499 alongwith INR 1999 paid at the time of insurance plus INR 6556 deposited in their account and INR 500 paid at their connect centre.
