I am vijay, my Claim Intimation number is ADN_C_160217_[protected].

It's been more than 21 days since i sent my mobile s7 edge and I have not yet received it.

I had ticked the option that i need my mobile within 21days, but i still don't have it back and there is no way to contact the company. The company is going against policies.

When will i get my mobile?? I need it at the earliest.
