i have given HTC ON ME DUAL PHONE, ITS SCREEN GOT CRACKED, ON 18TH JAN 2017 @ 14:45 I HAVE GIVEN MY CELL AND STILL I HAVE NT YET GOT ANY INFORMATION, MY INTIMATION ID IS ADN_160117_[protected]

My phone returned without repair my phone LCD is working when i send to repair but they replace my phone LCD with totally broken LCD. They ask me for chque that i already send with my phone.
