Appsdaily — Online claim is not showing the courier name and tracking number

Hi,

On 24th may 2017, i raised a request against mobile screen damage, and after a week i got a link to upload the documents which i also did and paid the 1500 rs online.

Now i got a mail that i will get the kit from your end, now its more than 2 weeks and system is showing that kit is dispatched without the courier details and tracking number.

Claim request number is:-adn_240517_[protected]

Please do needful asap, so that my mobile will get repaired on timely.
