To whom so ever,
I, Dr. Madhu Geddam has submitted my mobile(Samsung S6 Edge) on 02/12/2016 with all the required documents at Kukatpally, hyderabad for the repair of screen. Its been more than 3 months and till now there is no response.. Customer care number given here says my complaint number is wrong.. No one to talk about it. The place where i've submitted is locked since long time... Can you update me regarding the status of my phone.. If it gonna take much longer time, please return my phone.. I will repair it else where.
