I received a mail from apps daily on 10/02/2016 confirming that, my claim is processed on total loss basis for rs.9876/- for which i have to submit all original documents and damaged equipment including full box with accessories. Subject to this, i have sent all the original documents & damaged equipment box with accessories to your chandivali office by speed post, before sending the documents accompanied by the damaged handset, the official of your ashok vihar, phase-ii, new delhi agency told me that payment will be made within 20 days.

I was told that i can track my claim status online on www.Claims.Appsdaily.In where it displayed the message “we have received your document. We are verifying them. You may check for next update after 25.02.16” followed by 28.02.16, 03.03.16, 06.03.16, 09.03.16, 11.03.16, 13.03.16, 17.03.16 and 19.03.16”, there was no change in the status every time i checked in to check the current status except the date was further extended by 2-3 days.
Now, i am in receipt of a message from your end on 19.03.2016 stating “ dear customer, your claim documents for intimation id ad_d_080116_2922208 have been received but they are incomplete. We would need you to send the pending documents. Our executive will get in touch with you to clarify about the pending documents. You can also reach us on our number[protected].” as it’s been a week now, i have not received any call from your “so very busy” executives and the number given by you is also not of any use as it is never attended by any executives inspite of holding the line for more than 20 mins.
First of all, i wonder what kind of services is your company providing to its customers as so far observed by me you people do not bother to take any interest in the complaints raised by them or any other problem being faced by them.
Secondly, i wish to understand how much time it takes to verify the documents received from the customer.
Thirdly, when my claim has already been approved from your end after all due verification of documents then why this additional exercise of verifying the documents again and again and that too consuming a much more time than actually required. Is it a real required exercise or just another way of delaying the procedure of processing the claim and mentally torturing your customers.
Fourthly, when it has been clearly stated in the message that you need me to send the sending the pending documents, who is responsible for detailing me the pending documents or would i dream of the same and send you the pending documents or shall i assume that you people are not applying your even a pinch of common sense for the same.
Fifthly, it has been informed to me on my registered number that “our executive will get in touch with you to clarify about the pending documents”. I may please be clarified on how much time your executives take to make a single call to your customer and inform them about the status of the claim along-with if the pendency (If any) has to sorted out from customer end.
Further, if your company and the executives hired by you are among the damn busiest people on the earth, they should atleast bother to take the call of the customer so as to save your time as well money and let your customer know the actual status of their claims. Or you expect them to wait for the rest of their lives for the call of your executive or spend hours on writing such mails to you.
From all the above discussions and further your attitude, it is clear that it is not that there is any pendency in my documents but the pendency in your efforts and responsibility towards your customers that my claim has not been processed by this time.
I humbly request you that either my claim may please be settled at approved or my handset be returned to me along-with the charges incurred by me making rounds at your agency and sending the document to you.
Further, i may clearly be updated with the status of my claim, whether you people are in any mood of settling the claim. If yes, the exact time by what time my money will reach my account and if no, stating the reasons for rejections in written and reason for delaying the matter for so long.

I hope to hear from your executive soon or else i am left with other option to pursue the matter with consumer court.

I arbaz makrani has given my handset at appsfaily service centre indore yashwant plaza around 4 months ago but I have still not received my repaired handset
