I purchased a mobile insurance worth Rs 5999 for my iPhone 6s on 30th Jan 2016 (THE INSURANCE PROVIDES A 10 DAY GUARENTEED REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR FROM DATE OF SUBMISSION OF PHONE AND DOCUMENTS) valid for 12 months from date of purchase .
Unfortunately on 7th November I had an accident due to which my phone broke. On 8th November i contacted appsdaily and submitted claim form for my insurance. I submitted my phone along with all required documents on 11th November.
Now as they have guaranteed a 10 day replacement or repair from date of submission of phone, I am supposed to have my phone back by 23rd November. But when i contacted regarding my cliam status, they are telling that they have changed their policy and that now it takes min 21 days for me to get my phone.
I purchased an Insurance worth 5999/- which is expensive for a phone because it provides a 10 day guaranteed replacement. The concerned customer support is not ready to provide a reliable answer and i am made to run behind them.
Kindly consider and do the needful
