Appsdaily — Product ill-functioning, no contact with company

We are using appsdaily since past 3 years now.in fact it was sold at sony electronics by a dealer. - validity one year
Thereafter after lots of hassles and numerous emails as well as calls to their helpline the same was renewed.
Since almost 1st week of march 2017 the problem started of numerous sms being sent by appsdaily software costing us unnecessary money. Initially it was only sometimes, maybe 2 - 3 times a week. We tried but the company cannot be contacted. But gradually the frequency kept on increasing. And now since 15th may 2017 the same has become almost 8 - 10 a day.

The company's helpline, and other numbers do not facilitate talking to executives, but only type this type that and after a long wait line gets disconnected.

And now the software is having various issues :
* it is blocking some softwares
* it sends sms es minimum 10 per day costing us lots of our money

The company cannot be contacted. Only 2 numbers are available and no executive comes on the line,

Firstly a solution to our various problems,
Second refund of appsdaily fee paid - since we are not interested in keeping such software which keeps giving issues.
Thirdly refund of sms charges incurred by us due to faulty software
Fourthly a penal charge to the company so that in future such companies do not create problems to people instead of giving help / protection
