I have registered my claim on 19/02/17 and on 20/2/17 I had paid the deductible amt of 1500. The phone (along with relevant documents) has been sent to u duly packed in the kit sent by you, which was received at ur office on 27/02/17 after that i got a mail on 03/03/17 that my phone is currently being repaired at service centre. Since then it's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't got any further updates on my claim. I request ur good office to Kindly look into the matter do the needful at earliest. Thank u.
