Appsdaily — Regarding ignorance and Delay in Compliance towards my claim

My Complaint number ADN_270117_[protected] is long pending with the company. They received my phone on 18.02.17 and since then there has been no update from their end. Even after several requests via phone and mail they remain ignorant. Such type of business ethics have ruined their reputation to dust as i have seen through this site by the complaints registered against them. Kindly help me getting my iphone 6s + back or else i will be forced to taking up legal actions against this insurance company.
