First time i had purchased the mobile phone with insurance as well as earlier experience was good but now this incident i will never insure as well as never recommend any one to insure the mobile phone for any claim as i had purchse the mbile on 19th Oct 2016 but last week my mobile throw from my hand due to huge rash in market and same was informed your executive regarding this but he is deny to accept the any claim for this, as well as tried to call on mention envelop contact number but unable to connect, so please confirm what is the my mistake that insure the mobile from your website, , ,
