Appsdaily — Rejection of claim | |||||
My self-sandeep dubey from Indore contact no -[protected], [protected] and complaining about apps daily insurance. My phone has been damaged in an accident, and i have intimated to Appsdaily call center through its contact no[protected]. They replied through sms and asked to submit the document, Mobile and Rs 715 in connect center Indore. I have submitted My mobile and Rs 715 to appsdaily executive on 17th August-16. When i called to call center on its contact no[protected] then executive told me your claim is on hold because of signature mismatch on claim form. Again i went to appsdaily connect center on 22-August at 3:00pm but connect centre was closed and a information sticked on shutter mentioned that store is closed because of technical error. Again i called to call centre but whole line was busy. Again i went to connect centre indore on today (27-August-16) to update regarding my claim. apps daily executive has taken my signature on terms and condition form and uploaded in apps daily system and asked me to wait for 1 hours. When i reached there after 1 hour they saying your claim has been rejected because u have submitted the document after 7 days. after that i called to call centre but they also saying your claim has been rejected and disconnected the call. Then again i called to call centre and discussed the matter with Rupali Khandare (apps daily executive) they also saying that your claim has been rejected. When i asked to talk his senior, she clearly denied that call cant be transferred. Was this information helpful? | |||||
