Under Claim id no ADN_310117_[protected] we had paid Rs 1000 by online transaction and sent the handset on dt 13/02/17 by fedex services pick up delivery scheduled on 13 feb 2017, after that no update reflects still we are awaiting till date we have not received our Repaired damage hand set almost 39 days passed. if not we go for further necessary actions
