Dear sir/madam
This is inform to you that my phone bearing s. No - [protected], make oppo. That i have sent on your service center to replace the display and touch by insurance company as this phone is insured. But the phone i have received is not my phone it replaced with another phone at you end. Please find attached photographs of phone and bill that i have received.
So i request you to please investigate this matter and help me to send my phone as soon as possible. Please find attache bill of my phone for reference.
