[Resolved] Appsdaily — Return my handset

I purchased mobile insurance from appsdaily on[protected] form thane.
I filed a claim for my damaged mobile on[protected]claim intimation number ad_d_130916_[protected] to appsdaily.
I also submitted my handset to appsdaily gallery. almost after one month i got to know that, my handset is not repairable. so i wrote mail to [protected]@appsdaily.in on[protected] for request to return my handset in same condition.
But till date i have not received any response regarding the same.

Not received a single mail for Appsdaily team . I have requested to return my handset on 9-10-2016, 12-10-2016, 17-10-2016 & 24-10-2016. Still waiting for reply. Got call form Ms. Archana for Apps daily, but of no use at all. Extremely bad service from Appsdaily. Need to BEG to get my own handset.

AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Still waiting for reply.
Got call form Ms. Archana for Apps daily, but of no use at all.
Extremely bad service from Appsdaily.
Still waiting to recieve my handset...
Need to BEG to get my own handset.
