Appsdaily — Samsung Galaxy S6-edge given for repair, still didn't got it back.

My phone (Galaxy S6-edge) display got damaged, so I gave my phone to Appsdaily customer care center in Bangalore for repair on 18th Nov 2016 and till now I have not received my phone back. I can not talk to them through their customer care number[protected] as they have blocked the service of directly talking to customer care and want us to check the status in their web portal and when I try to check status in their web portal it does not show any status, and the customer care center where I gave my phone has been closed. Its like they have closed all the gates to reach them. My details are :

Its already been 4 month, give me a call back or I have to take it forward to customer court.
