It has been more than 6 months since i have sent my phone for claim as it had been damaged. I was told i would recieve the phone in 21 days not it has been more than 6 months and i havent heard from the company. The customer care number do not work. I was charged 2700rs by the claim officer at the store. The cost of the handset was 55000. Therefore i kindely request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and please revert back to me soon.
