Apra Health Services — Payment transaction by fraud

A payment of Rs 9990 was made through pay you money to Apra health services after receiving a fake call from the apra health services office on 22nd April 2016.
The transaction was considered a fraud as no policy card and kit has been received as yet even after a month whereas it was told that we will get the hard copy and the card within 15 days.
The specified given phone number is showing incorrect number and no way out is coming to contact them.
Please consider this as a fraud transaction made through my HDFC Credit card through payyoumoney and kindly refund the amount if possible.

Same thing is experienced with me as well and i am going to lodge a police compliant for this as i got the same call and after making payment of Rs4500, i have also not received the kit so far, Kindly dont be the pray to these kind of calls .

same thing happened to me as well I have paid Rs.4990.00 on 11th july 2016 and no policy or kit has been received as on today.
