I gs 192935m j. E. (Civ) abhay bhandari was in the service of gref (B. R. O.) from which i had resigned on[protected]. Here my pli policy no. Was aps1566558-m whose monthly installment were deposited from my monthly salary. After resigning from service, in order to pay installments i require my policy to be converted to case policy. I had twice written application and also convinced on call center several time. But i here still not received pass book for pli policy.
Therefore it is humbly requested to kindly convert pli policy aps1566558-m to case policy and sand the pass book to my residential address at the earliest so that i can deposit my policy installments.
