Dear sir, I Havaldar Narayan Prusty of Army medical corps opened a PLI Policy for your kind institution. My PLI Policy APS933104-L wef 22Apr2009. Now my Policy has already been matured on 03May2023. I surrender my PLI Policy at GPO Bhubaneswar 751001 on 10May2023 receipt attached. The Head Postmaster GPO Bhubaneswar told that amount has not yet been updated since Apr 2015 to Apr 2023. My salary slips shows that has already been deducted...

Sir, I am Durai E policy no APS600964L matured on 21 Dec 22. Two last premium oct 22 and nov 22 not updated already debited from my salary. My bond, aadhar, pan serving certificate and copy of two month salary slip premium amount debited hand over to Head Post office Bathinda on 26 Dec 22. They are saying last premium not updated. Please be clarify my issues to claim my maturity....

Respected Sir, I, No 15699724F CHM (Op Ciph) CHOUGULE PRADEEP ANNAPA retired from Indian Army on 30 Apr 2022. I opened a POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE policy on 21 Aug 2012 and paid regular premium upto my retirement. It is informed you that, premium of my POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE was deducted from my salary on regularly basis. I approach to CENTRAL PROCESSING CENTRE, THANE, Head Post Office (Maharashtra) on 06 May 2022 to continue my PLI after my retirement. When the PLI Postal authorities checked my policy details they saw a last premium of my PLI was paid to postal dept upto 31 Mar 2018 however, it was deducted regularly from my salary upto Mar 2022. Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No.[APS[protected]M] Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of Jan 2022 through pay recovery (Salary slip attached for ref) . Further, policy also shows lapsed (whithout any reason). In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.

I'm an Indian Air Force personal. I have surrendered my PLI policy number APS[protected]A on 03 July 2021. But the PLI subscription amount is still deducting from my payslip.

My PLI policy No APS -315083L has been matured in the month of Mar 2021. I have been retired from the service on 31 Jan 2017.

I have sent all my documents to JDPLI via email dated 09 Jul 21( kyc, QSA, Cancelled cheque) for closure formalities.

As I had availed a loan of an amount Rs 16, 000/- against the said policy and the policy bond was submitted to PLI Dte, AHQ in the year 2005/2006, while I was posted with NDA Khadakwasla. If the loan amount was unpaid, the same can be recovered out of maturity amount. As I approached local post office, they said that I need to present the policy bond, which is not with me.

In view of the above, I request you to please do the formalities of closure at PLI Dte and credit the maturity amount to my account.

An early action is solicited please.

However the GPO Pune intimate that the subscription for the month of Nov and Dec 2020 has not been deposited by PAO (GREF).As such the amount will not be released in fill till receipt of subscription for the month of Nov and Dec 2020 for above policy. My policy recovery discontinue wef Sep 2019 and after repeated request recovery not yet started. After call to customer care number all the time reply number is not in service. Please check tha case and takes suitable action for recovery of premium from my salary.

Sir, I have PLI policy No. APS-498154-A, due for maturity on 03 November 2020. While processing the maturity claim, post office staff informed that my last premium is not updated, thus claim cannot be processed. Being in defence services my premium was debited from my monthly pay slip (copy enclosed). Request update my last premium for processing my maturity claim. Thanks & Regards
