Sir, I no[protected]L NK Narayan Prusty Military Hospital, Kirkee individual opened a PLI police bearing number APS-933104L from your kind office wef 04 may 2009.A sum of amount Rs.2875/- +SGSC/ST Rs.66/- Total Rs.2941/- has been deducted from my monthly salary up to wef sep2020. Maturity date is 03 may 2023. It is seen from my monthly salary account sep 2020 that Rs.2941/- deducted, and from Oct 2020 salary account Rs.85000/- weg amount deducted from my salary which is not understood without any information to me. Salary slip Sep 2020 and Oct 2020 along with PLI policy Bond and Aadhar card attached for your perusal please.
