Sir i was holding a pli policy no aps/nm/60325-a which matured in 2017 for which i have send original policy and annexure along with bank details again i got a letter for name change in bank details which i have rectified the same but the matured amount not yet credited kindly do the need full. The site to file grievance in these cases is www.pgportal.gov.in. Fill the form correctly for creation o[censored]ser id and select Ex-Servicemen welfare as the concerned department when you fill the grievance. Your problem will definitely be solved. Officers of the level of Joint Secretary and their subordinates are the concerned officers who directly deal with grievance posted on that site.You must provide your contact numbers as part of the grievance in case they want to talk to you elaborately regarding your issue . Inform in your grievance that APS PLI CELL is the concerned department and wait for a week or so. Your problem will be solved forever.60 days is the maximum time within which your grievance must be solved and closed.
