Apspdcl — current bill deducted from account twice

Hii

I paid my electricity bill through bill desk online for the month of october. When i’m
Paying first time the transaction has been failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Second time the transaction is successful. So the deducted amount is not reversed to my account. Service number is[protected], amount deducted date is 17/10/2018.

So i’m requesting to return the deducted amount of 525.95
