Hi sir,

We are staying at kurada (Gudlavalleru), and power cuts are happening very frequently and when we are giving complaint also a. E and line man not responding. We complained many times but the line man yellaya is not at all speaking properly, we are facing problem with kids due to abnormall power cuts. Please take neccasary action

    Our family stays in kadapa, in the last month we were out of the town but the current bill meter showed that we consumed 300 units of power. We knew that it's due to the fault of our meter because in summer though we used our air conditioner it didnt showed much. I just made a complaint in southern distribution app and i got a call immediately. The person on the call informed about the process that we should pay ₹100 challan and ae will give permission for testing the meter. We contacted ae through mobile and he talked so politely that our work will be done in a single working day. Actually he said he was on leave so he will check another working day. A week passed but still no response from ae. Finally he took our duplicate bill and asked # questions and he spoke so rudely. He said that we are the most busy persons, how can we look into such simple matters. Actually he is trying to ask bribe. He said we should pay our old bill. So we paid the bill for which we didnt used. After paying challan ₹200 and the bill, four days later they issued permission for testing. While changing the meter we noticed that everything in the meter is spoiled and the wires were broken. First of all we are scared about the bill, we dont know what to do then. How can apspdcl gives a job who cant even operate a computer?? Why your employees doesnt respect customers?? For changing a meter they again charged ₹200??? Well where the hell this money is going??? How many people are cheated like this??

      An electrical pole is just in front of my house thus causing inconvenience to park my car.
      Further the life of the pole is almost nil. It was repaired by me adding the concrete mixture during my house construction.

      It will be good to replace the pole with new one together with shifting of the same.

        Sir,

        I am manager administration of gokaraju laila gangaraju cricket complex, a ht. Consumer paying around rs. 80000/- on an average every month. It's a fantastic cricket complex with twin grounds and one of the best grounds in ap with all amenities for game of cricket.

        Since 9th of this month inter district under 23 matches going on and due to frequent rains, our power supply getting disrupted frequntly. When we call the line man one mr. Nagaraju everytime he expects moneyfrom us.

        Today at 8 pm also there is a disruption in power supply, when informed he came and shut off the supply stating some frivalous reasons. When 80 people housed in the complex for night, it will be difficult without power. Pl instruct him to restore power immediately and also initiate action against erring employee and make sure such kind of things do not recur.

          So many peoples have taken money from us for category change but they are not changed to commercial category now the current bill came with penalty.before some years we have paid 5000/- RS for extra load and also some local operators have taken bribe with us and now they are not available to us and some months before on e team has came to my home and observed out electricity usage we given proper answers with reciepts but they have not consider them and booked us as theft users even we are paying bill every month under category II including my home so please help and remove 10360/-RS penalty burdon on my showlders than you sir yours faith fully
          Sir we are staying in pakala village chittoor district and i am having 1 1/2 year kid today toomuch powercut in our village outside full high temperature inside no power how to survive now 11.15 pm still 11/2 hr is gone without power how to live please take immediate action and do as early as possible favour for people..

                I bring to your kind notice that, i (k. durgarao) residing in d. no.2-123, first floor, flot no:102, ragamalika residency, ramavarapadu, vijayawada.

                I received this month my first current bill from new meter very highest amount.. (actually i pay common shared bill amount till september 2016). my service no.[protected]., meter reading 1825 units per this oct-16 month and bill amount rs12, 436.00.

                But in my 2bhk flat only two people living in night time, day time we out of home for my works. so
                1. i think my new meter is not working properly.
                2. only one month this is very highest meter reading.
                3. only one month current consumption reading units 1825 and bill amount is rs.12, 436/- is very highest.
                4. iam unable to pay this amount.
                Hence i request you kindly verify my current connection immediately, change my meter, verify my current reading and bill aslo be as early as possible.

                    My uncle works in apspdcl he wants a transfer for other location nearby because of his wife health condition. He is trying since 10 years. Being a sincere officer he couldnt get a single transfer. When my uncle requested for a transfer for the first time some third person asked him that he will transfer him to desired place if he give 1 lakh rupee. My financial position is not that much good and he couldnt give. He was transfered to village. Now finally he requested for a transfer they are asking abt 2 lakhs. What the hell is going on government looses efficient person. Please donot support corruption

                        It's been one year we are facing this issue with APSPDCL officers of my home town uravakonda.

                        we have clear documents and they are not responding properly towards this and we got connection of meters for this house on[protected] at 5:00 PM and we are okay with that and after this on the same day they removed at 7 :00 PM the connection without our concern and mention that we need some papers from court and from that day onwards we are getting bills even though we are not at all use one unit.

                        we got tired of roaming to govt office since one year and they are giving different reasons and they are literally harassing us.

                        and our request from our side is only please respond to this and clear this issue and give meters to houses.

                          Sir, very recently the new energy metres have been replaced by your dept. People, though the the existing metres are working properly. For this we don't have any objection. But, today i.E. On 24/3/16 the consumption units noted person has recorded as " metrer status "as 1 for s no[protected] where as for s no[protected] recorded "meter status as 2. When we asked him to know the season for not one status for two metres he replied very arrogantly go electricity office and enquire. Earlier also he noted status of one of above meters is not working though it is working, for which dept. People came to our house and verified the meter. We are in opinion he is intentially doing all this. We request you to look into this and advise him properly.

                            I have maintained corporate salary account in your branch. From 2003 on wards. The bank name is changed to uti to axis bank. Then problem has started.To custmuers.

                            My complaint;-
                            my a/c has unnecessary debit has raised to my account no.[protected] . An amount of rs.10000/- has debited to my account.
                            Dt 09/07/2013 at that time i cant go to any other places. Only stay in vijayawada town only. But your bank records shows in a statement an atm at vishakapattanam withdrawl for rs.10000/- i have never go to any place at that time. While iam illness because my legments cracked.. Surgery process.. .

                            After 1 1/2 months to my statement and go to branch manager., and given a letter the un necessary debit to my a/c?
                            how it possible and to solve the problem a representation give to manager.
                            He has taken amy rep. And said to me mailed to head office wait 15days sir.

                            After 1 month i came to axis bank benz circle they have no reply
                            then i fhavee complaint to axis bank regd office.

                            Simply letter has sent to me contact nearest branch manager
                            the complaint has time bare for more than 3months?

                            you are contact and challenge civil court complaint ?
                            we are unable reply given to me?

                            one a question asking to you ?
                            an employee and a custmur loss of 10, 000/- rupees only your neglegency? not identify the mistake? what is the safety?

                            how can drawback the mistake?

                                Dear Sir, Since many months the electricity charges have been raised by APSPDCL are much higher than the electricity consumed. We have informed to the concerned line men and written many complaints through mail, as the charges are more than Rs. 4000/- where as the extent o[censored]se is only to the tune of Rs. 1000/-. No one is responding from the electric company, none of them have visited or corrected the meter. The consumer forum may please help me in resolving the issue.                                     My village is palasamudram . gorantla mandal anantapur dist.we have si many power issues no line man is available here to reolace fuse and any other priblems.we r residing in BC colony in palasamudram .no continuous power is available for bc colony .now also there is power in village but no power in bc colony . here lineman is alsi not available to unform him the problem. If we inform the problem is is not taking seroliously to solve the power problem.this is not the rare problem this is happening continuously daily . sonplease take necessary action to solve the power problem for our villagend my colony...with regaurds ...villagers bc colony Palasamudram

                                      Dear Sir, I MR. TTK Murthy worked at Andhra Jyothy, Kadapa. We have a own home at Bramhin Street, Ponnur, Guntur Dist--522124. Our Service Numer 7999. A month ago AE, ponnur installed a high end transformer on the back side of our home[ North Wall] which obstruct us for doing house repairs. They did not inform me before installation. When we approach AE, he said they put it in muncipal area. Though it is muncipal area it could not be harm to people. Now we are unable to put gate to our wall and doing any repair work to our home.                                       The billing person didnt give any bill the previous month. If we ask them for the reason, they are not responsible and says that they are not responsible for that we need to go and enquire about the bill and need to pay the bill without any bill.                                         Hi, I Mr.TTK Murthy working at AndhraJyothy, Kadapa. I have a home H.No: 24-2-8 with service number 7999 at Bramhin Street, Ponnur, Guntur Dt.-- 522124. An Electrical High Power Transformer was installed on northside of our home without asking me since a month ago. When I call to AE, Ponnur, Guntur Dist., he said they were installed in muncipal site which comes on backside of our home. Now we are to put a gate at norside of our home and workers are not coming due to high power transformer. Our street has only 8 feet road and too many elecrtical wires are passed which may cause more dangerous to people. Please help us to shift the transformer to nearest place.

                                          Total 156 Units.

                                          Current meter reading is 223 units. But APSPDCL (Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited) people are billed for 202 units. I don't know how it possible. One more present reading and past reading as per bills are follows

                                          Meter status is 01 that means Normal. In this circumstances how come they will generate the bill in manual. Some uneducated people are coming to generate the bill. They are not listening to the house hold people. Moreover they are sewing tobocco and some pan masala. they are speaking like care less people.

                                          More over we don't have any power consumption home appliances like fridge, washing machine, rice cooker and other. How it possible to generate the bill for 202 units.


                                          We are seeking for the correct bill.

                                            I have sb account bearing A/C no.[protected] with State Bank Of Hyderabad Main Branch ,Tirupati,chittoor District. Recently i have applied for SMS alerts at the branch mentioned above in the last week .But the SMS alert facility is not provided to me till to date.
                                            Hence it is requested to arrange the SMS alert facility to my mobile No. [protected] as early as possible with out further request.
