Apspdcl — Unnecessary debit & bad service

I have maintained corporate salary account in your branch. From 2003 on wards. The bank name is changed to uti to axis bank. Then problem has started.To custmuers.

My complaint;-
my a/c has unnecessary debit has raised to my account no.[protected] . An amount of rs.10000/- has debited to my account.
Dt 09/07/2013 at that time i cant go to any other places. Only stay in vijayawada town only. But your bank records shows in a statement an atm at vishakapattanam withdrawl for rs.10000/- i have never go to any place at that time. While iam illness because my legments cracked.. Surgery process.. .

After 1 1/2 months to my statement and go to branch manager., and given a letter the un necessary debit to my a/c?
how it possible and to solve the problem a representation give to manager.
He has taken amy rep. And said to me mailed to head office wait 15days sir.

After 1 month i came to axis bank benz circle they have no reply
then i fhavee complaint to axis bank regd office.

Simply letter has sent to me contact nearest branch manager
the complaint has time bare for more than 3months?

you are contact and challenge civil court complaint ?
we are unable reply given to me?

one a question asking to you ?
an employee and a custmur loss of 10, 000/- rupees only your neglegency? not identify the mistake? what is the safety?

how can drawback the mistake?
the much amount of rs.10, 000/- as the salary employee..., as customer ?

now look in to inthis matters. And credit to my account as the unnecessary debit.

Complaint no.2

the old age and retire employees go to the branch at benz circle branch the reception counter staff has deeling wrost deeling to them., they have asked cheq book., or change the address. The address proofs are asking to staff

what is the address prooff

newly changed house == who are given the address proof?
the adhar no address only accepted the staff. The tenet person has/had shift the house what willbe doing..?


what are they?

the gas connection identy is not accepted the bank staff?

and unncessary time has spending to customers?
they are not maintained the service., sir, sir., take a credit cards., my heads are given points., we have taken promotion...
Said asking to customers,

they have not taken a promotions.. But they have arrange a pre-motions to customers.

Only one think
a good product has delivery and given to customer ., automatically the the product has asking to customer. No advertising is given that product.. As good service provide by you the customer has introducing the another customer .

This is for suggestion given to customer bankers relation.

Please receive the above matter to solve the matter.
